This applies to workers who are not registered with the administration (POEA) or who changed employees on site.

1. Documents that are needed to be prepared before requesting “Contract Verification for Skilled / Profession OFWS (DIRECT HIRE)”
   • Passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date if intended departure. (1 photocopy)
   • Appropriate visa (1 Photocopy)
   • Employment Contract (original).
     • The contract should cover insurance clause to cover repatriation of employee in case of death.
   • Business Registration / Company Profile (1 Photocopy)
2. Go to Philippine Consulate* in  Guangzhou for verification.

(*In other countries with Migrant Workers Office/Center, it is done by that office, not by the consulate)

Contract verification by the Philippine Consulate if the employment certificate has the “insurance clause to cover repatriation of employee in case of death” and apostilled by Guangdong Foreign Affairs office (a China government office).

3. You can now do the E-registration of Balik-Manggagawa account.

• Using the web browser, go to https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph

• Press “LETS GO”.

• Read the terms and “I Accept the Terms”.

• New Account Registration. Make sure to fill up the required information details so there will be no errors.

• Open the email account you used to register to know your temporary password for your first login.

• If you see the message “You have already registered, please check your email or file a ticket on POEA Online HelpDesk for assistance”, you may file a ticket with DMW HelpDesk for the retrieval of your account.
  • Using the web browser, go to https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph and press “LETS GO” button for your login.
